We are constantly seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. Based on qualifications and experience, new hires are typically appointed either as a Financial Intern, Financial Analyst or Financial Associate. Interns are typically students looking to gain experience by working on exciting projects in an academically stimulating environment. Analysts have typically completed their bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, banking or economics. Associates have typically completed their master’s degree in business administration or related specialization. must have a fluency in English, Pashtu and/or Dari. Applicants with ACCA certification or other international accounting accreditation are highly preferred.

Our compensation package emphasizes quality of life and supports the personal and social needs of our employees and their families. In addition to an employee’s salary, he or she is entitled to 20 days leave (including Afghan National Holidays which are announced by the Government) and subsidized meals, travel and tuition reimbursement.
