Technical audits consist of reviewing and reporting on whether projects have appropriately and effectively achieved targeted objectives and outcomes. For example, a donor may elect to have a grantee audited for the degree of implementation of the project scope of work and technical proposal.

Financial audits consist of reviewing and reporting on whether projects have correctly managed their finances against International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). For example, an investor may elect to have a company audited for the degree of implementation of their agreed financial procedures and annual budget.

Afghan laws and regulations change frequently, and we are intimately knowledgeable with the details and changes, so our clients don't have to be.

A very small portion of organizations in Afghanistan have their financial records in compliance with international accounting standards, but our goal to take a common sense yet no nonsense approach.
